I'd love to say I'm not that old, but I do remember for LM and Daytona sitting next to a hardwired PC trying to listen to the feeds!

I've got no noise at all on ES player (had car noise earlier) and no sound from RLM at all.

I love technology but I'd love it more if it worked!

also, am i the only one experiencing both eurosport and eurosport 2 covering tennis and cycling instead of le mans?

For saturday I'm going to buy a load of cheap European stubby lagers, some dodgy sausages and French bread, and sit in my lounge in a camping chair for that full Le Mans experience.

I may even force myself to queue for the shower/toilet, and not turn the lights on when I am in there...

Lol Mike, not being there gets easier, but not much! Being able to sleep at night is a bonus, but nothing beats curling up in a sleeping bag with the sound of cars on the track close by.

I think we're planning to pitch a tent in the garden to recreate the experience, I'm struggling to find a truck full of ****ed blokes to play music over speakers on the roof of the truck till 5 am though!

Indeed, missing some of the atmosphere, but on the plus side watching the race on TV it is easier to keep up with what's going on. And I don't have a hangover this morning!
