No 10-place penalty then. And Kimi will not have a hope of pole - running first robs him of that. JPM should be favourite for it, but we said that last week.

No doubt Kimi will be fuelled heavier.
Maybe he can come through the field on Sun? |

Very difficult seeing as if he quailfies with heavy car, more than likely he will be looking for about P7-P11, then he will more than likely be stuck behind a slower car (like Trulli) and then lose a heap of time to the leader (s). May as well go light and have track position.

I am somewhat surprised Michael hasn't done anything yet, in an attempt to make up lost ground.

I think we can say that Fisi will be nothing like that uncompetitive. BAR though, hrrmmm, they could be.

I will be interested to see if Minardi go as well again, or alternately Jordan as badly (depending how one wants to view it).

It wasn't a mistake from the Italian, seems he had some technical issue. He's out of the car now. |

There's a tenth covering all the Jordans and Minardis. That could prove interesting in the race if they remain so competive with respect to each other.
*** Well, just as I typed that bit Albers just set a time 2.2 seconds faster than the other 3. |
