I think I know what you think about the LM 66 film .But have you ever seen , [
or heard of ] , THE RETURN .
Going through the site where I watch a lot of films , came across THE RETURN [ 2017] I hour 20 min documentary film about the new Ford GT going back to Le Mans in 2016 , the 50th anniversary of the win .
Not the normal Hollywood BS type of thing , and well worth a look .
I had not heard of it before , and it might not have got much publicity , even among racers .

I did find there are dozens of films called " The Return ???"
But you found it OK on your U TUBE link .
But then , in the sidebar on that one , there are lots more links which I will now have to watch .

Through your private channel can you watch the 2015 documentary directed by McKenna/Clarke (official selection for the Cannes Film Festival)? The Man and Le Mans. Goes for cheapo now here, far less than 10€.

The powers that be are slowly pricing us off the road with extortionate road tax for older diesel vehicles, they want £325.00 for my old Peugeot 406 HDI that actually shows zero emissions on the MOT test.
What with people telling me that electric cars are free at the moment isn't what I want to hear, we all know it's only going to be a while before they clobber them as well.
I wonder how they will set the road tax on them for the different types as surely they won't all be the same ?

Eventually, when was a toy wholesaler I was rated #1 in France by Mattel. I dont know how you do it Gerard , but you seem to have a better understanding of English humour than a lot of other people I know .

Talking about humour, it took me ages to understand what was going on during on secene of The Spies movie (Marx bros). 'Idiocracy' isn't a very well known film I suspect, but I have seen it.

I think my Saab is even more than that, despite the test numbers seeming to suggest that the exhaust gases are "cleaner" than air taken in. It's even ULEZ compliant.

What annoys them is that, having ramped up car tax at the point of purchase, people like us who are not new car buyers have escaped that trickery and so avoided the instant large sum payment for the first years of the thing's life.

So they want to screw us for being far too eco friendly by making use of an energy asset for many years.

Logic, of any reasonable level, does not come into the way they claim to think. It's a dubious claim anyway, as I think more and more people are beginning to realise.
