June social evening
South Midland Regions June clubnight will be on Tuesday 23rd June. The speaker will be David Croft the Sky TV F1 commentator. As usual the evening will be held in The White Horse in Silverstone village, starting at 8pm. All marshals are welcome.

As David mentioned we worked together at BBC Three Counties Radio, and I was amazed by his ability to commentate on a sport off which he knew little when he started. Always fluent quickly up-to-speed on what he need to know, and a born commentator.
Also as we found out last night a great raconteur. Thanks you for allowing me to attend, it was most enjoyable evening. DJ! I'm still waiting for that double scotch.  Bauble. AKA Bob. |

July Social Evening
