Hi to all, i have only just come across this site and just sorting through rallycross pics and video of the 70's and 80's, But if anyone has any pics or videos of my dad, pete robertson i would be forever in your debt, escorts in the 70's then an mgb (for some bizarre reason!) in the 80's both where red and yellow thanks Rob

Sorry this is the only one I have, its blurred as it was taken late in the day, and at the time I was fiddling about with a data back that burnt info onto the film, anyway I`ve posted it here

Thanks barrie, i will have a hunt around for the video's, one you may like is there is one of my dad in his avenger against rob gibson when he was running a frog eyed sprite!!
And thanks stephen thats brilliant, they could use that pic in the "what is this" thread for the silver car appearing in the background!

Fantastic pictures there Stephen Noticed your TVS Rallycross album? I was also at that meeting awful weather! Video taped it all when it was shown on TVS over a few weekends heats and finals, now Im gutted that my Missis shoved all my vids in the damm shed totally ruined had to throw them away Would of been great to view but glad to see Pictures from the event.

This used to be my favourite time of year, a Lydden Winter series round a week or two before the Grand Prix, then TVS, and then winter rallycross at Brands or Lydden, busy times till March. At least the winter series is back. My recordings of the tvs meeting were on betamax - doh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never quite sure of the dire straits "money for nothing" music they used with clips of welch and co!
