2005 MotoGP Testing Program

May I ask? When are the respective teams due to resume testing prior to 2005 season and what tracks are likely to be used? Camel Honda for example which tracks do they test on?

The following dates have been pencilled in as 'almost definite' for HRC's winter test program

# Sepang, Malaysia - MotoGP test: 23rd - 25th January 2005.

# Sepang, Malaysia - HRC test: 11th - 13th February 2005.

# Phillip Island, Australia - MotoGP test: 17th - 19th February 2005.

# Losail, Qatar - HRC test: 1st - 3rd March 2005.

# Barcelona, Spain - Official IRTA test: 18th - 20th March 2005 (ALL teams).

# Jerez, Spain - IRTA MotoGP test: 25th - 27th March 2005.

The January test at Sepang will also feature, as of today, both Yamaha teams (Gauloises and Tech 3), the factory Marlboro Ducati team, Suzuki Grand Prix and Team Fuchs Kawasaki. There will also be a number of test riders on duty from the aforementioned factories. Moriwaki engineering is also thought to be attending.

The February Phillip Island test is scheduled to include some if not all of the attendees from the Sepang test. Of course, all of the teams will be present at the official IRTA test in Barcelona in March and for those of you in the UK, British Eurosport is again planning to televise the BMW timed session with Toby Moody, Julian Ryder and Randy Mamola all re-signed on the Eurosport team for 2005.
Hope this helps some what!

Yamaha will also be at Sepang on 11-13 February, IIRC.
