Herman L should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Remains Mellaha Lake (Tripoli)

Is there someone who can tell me if the old famous Mellaha Lake circuit is still there?
I mean the roads and maybe the buildings (the grandstands and the typical tower).
It would be great if someone have picture's from it.
