IS LISTED TO BE SHOWN ON SUNDAY WOULD BE NICE FOR SKY AND NASCAR OR A TV COMPANY TO TAKE ON NASCAR BECAUSET HE FANS THAT LOOSE OUT. IF NOT ON SKY NEXT YEAR MY SUBSCRIPTION WILL GO SAVE ME £70 A MONTH

Thought mine was bad at £51 per month.Have been thinking of dropping movie channel,seems you need to subscribe to Skysports to get Eurosport & Motors TV.

I cancelled my sky sports subscription when they dropped nascar begining of the year, I still get all the Eurosport channels and motors tv

There isn't one yet. Keep watching and around the day of the Gatorade Duels we'll know what channel Daytona is on. A week after that might tell us what channel the rest is on (if at all)

According to Richard Garvie, he is working on a deal to get Cup, and possibly Nationwide AND Trucks on our screens next year. Similar deal to this year, bare feed from NASCAR via Open Access with only a few ads (to pay for the supply of the feed and air time - which isn't as much as you'd think!)

Can anyone confirm if they get the open access channel with Virgin Media please. Have been wanting to change to Virgin, but have stayed with sky so I could watch Nascar on Open access, I originally changed to sky for the Nascar in HD, then they dropped it from sky sports!

Have you checked wether you can get Virgin at all?-we cannot in Lincolnshire.I only stay with Skysports for Indycar.

you dont need a sky box to get open access at the moment - you could just buy a free-to-air satellite box - some have hard drives for recording.

You can not get it on FREESAT though - I had a budget box that you couldnt be switch to free-to-air, I then got a freesat dvd recorder that could be switched to free to air channels, a panasonic.

the big problem I had was that I set it to record the rounds as I could not watch them live and with many when I went to play them back from the hard drive - it wouldnt let me.

so if you want to save a sky subscription a free to air box is good if you can watch the events as they are broadcast.

Sounds like Premier Sports have Cup in 2011.

No HD and at the moment, only Cup races.

Is that worth £7 per month (+£5 connection charge) to you?
