BARC SEC Sports and Saloons 11th November Brands Hatch

Right to save confusion I have started this thread.

There will be a BARC SEC Sports and Saloons with Tin-Tops race on 11th November featuring all sports and saloon classes, the tin-top classes and also the 1400's if necessary.

This has previously been advertised as occuring on 10th Nov, but it has been moved to the 11th Nov due to timetabling difficulties.

Entry forms are available on the BARC SEC website, the entry fee is £170 and the closing date is 27th October.

There is I think, but I can't remember off the top of my head who.

We're not far off being full at the moment so I suggest getting entries in quick.

Rod, I thought I had seen the start-time as after 11:00, due to it being Rememberance Day. But could be wrong.

Effectively it's an early "lunch break" from 10.40 to 11.30.

I've had to withdraw from the Tintops unfortunately.

I took the Tomcat to Brands last Friday for a test to see if I had finally cured the overheating problems. I drove out of the pits, got as far as the bottom of Paddock and had no drive.

I think that I identified the problem yesterday and have a possible cure, thanks to Bill Richards for the advice, but there's no way that I can fix and test it before next Sunday. Brother Alan will still be there with the Tomcat that we took to the Nurburgring last month.

I know the entry list is full, and you are on it Tim. It should be on my website tonight. The final instructions are being posted out by MSV, hopefully today.
