Fantasy F1 - The Finale

Hey Guys, so the season has come to a close. Sorry I slacked of a little and didn't post the results for the Chinese round. So here we have the results for the final two rounds and the final standings.

Winning the Chinese round with 29 points was RusH Racing.
Winning the Brazilian round with 28 points was Force Norfolk & Team Polished Kamikaze.

No dramas in the Championship standings as we had in the race, a dominating season and a dominating championship win to Racing for Ireland, who take the crown by a margin of 30 points. Well done to them and to everyone! Thanks for entering, hope you had some fun along the way.

30 points, me thinks that is a white wash. Congratulations to Racing for Ireland.
I am happy with a podium, Good Chassis and quality drivers who are unreliable in qualifying, but better in the race

Loved this new format BTW, much more suspensful... (like the rounds where you Chassis gets a 1-2 yet you still only have a couple of points)
And kudos to Ralf Fan for keeping it all together!

Considering Target Goblin Racing only entered the last two races of the season, we got a total of 45 points; 20 in round 17 and 25 in round 18, I think that's pretty good. We are looking forward to a full season next year.

The first 11 teams all used Ferrari's, the dominant chassis of the fantasy season.
Team Prodrive (BMW) was the first non-Ferrari team in 11th with 309 points.-Hamilton and Nakajima

Of the 26 teams using Ferrari's, 21 of them finished in the first 35 places...in a total field of 79 teams.

Of the top 25 teams 19 used Ferrari's, 5 used McLarens, and 1 used a BMW.
The top McLaren team was Maccafans Maulers in 12th place (306 points) -Heidfeld and Vettel
The top Renault team was Citius racing in 26th place with 273 points -Heidfeld and Rosberg
The top Red Bull team was BORING in 35th place on 250 points -Hamilton and Kubica
The top Williams team was Eagle Toyota in 51st place on 214 points- Massa and Kubica

The top STR team was Oulton Marshals Racing , whose drivers Hamilton and Massa finished 1st and 2nd in the championship.

However this team only managed to score 206 points for 57th place, thereby underscoring the importance of choosing the right chassis for this championship.
