Jimmyz360 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Respect for Deserters

The reason I got into CART last year was Honda, but I slowly realized I liked a lot more and now a full blown fan. Now many manufactors are deserting CART because they cant have everything their way. It seems the manufactors control CART and not the other way around. Each want something different so if they dont get their way they whine and pout about it. I am slowly losing respect for many manufactors who are ditching the CART scence just because they are transfering to a new engine. I hope many people feel this way that we are losing respect for Ford, Honda, and Toyota by they way they are ditching the series. This is not how motorsports is suppose to be run. I can understand the manufactors dissapointment for god's sake wait until the new engine specs are out.

I got an impression over the last coupla years that the major car manufacturers see CART as a chance to make new car with no consequences. This just isn't right, CART is a serious racing serious, but sadly the car firms have control of racing now,I wish we could get it back.

This will all be settled in the off season. It is just a public snit, not unlike the handbaggery that goes on in F1.

You guys are taking it too seriously. Honda, Ford and probably Mercedes will be making engines for Champ Cars next year and nobody will miss Toyota.

Yeah Toyota are a bunch of losers, I really hope they flop in F1 now.

This whole mess really started with the pop off valve earlier this year, i'm talking in the short term here.

Don't worry. They were four seconds off the pace at a recent Monza test. Poor McNish.
