This is just a brief note to say a HUGE thank you to all who made this possible. My younger son and I had a fantastic day out. GREAT entertainment from all involved.

Do you know how Ken Lark in the silver Scirroco did, can't find any info on TSL.

I was impressed how quickly that thing was travelling... Unspectacular, quiet, yet very near the sharp end.

Sad to see the Capri go pop after race 2 though. Oh, and who hit the XJ-S?

Thanx, he seemed a bit off the pace then. that Jag went exceptionally well was it a pucker spec TTRS car or an invite?

The XJS put two wheels on the grass in avoidance and hit the wall on the start finish straight, returning at Copse.
Sam did very well to avoid a bigger accident and, as you will have seen, was still running strongly at the finish

Al,

Not sure if Ken has ever gone quicker around there than he did at the weekend. Will have to ask, so not sure if he was off the pace or just didn't suit him or the car. Certainly saw him with lots of understeer.

Didn't take too much notice of the Jag, he was at the sharp end but was slower than me in terms of lap times. I'd started 37th or whatever.. Didn't seem out of the ordinary (and I've raced a few V12 XJS's you will recall), just well driven.

S.

Stacy? Were you in the less 'developed' RX7? If so, TOP effort, a couple more laps, and I reckon a 3rd would have been on.

I was hugely impressed.

Let me know if you want pictures?

No chance Tim. It was all under control

Thought Stacy must have fitted an afterburner in race 2, such was his pace. New lap record too
