Both are excellent events - be prepared for it to be cold, plenty of hot drinks, food and clothes ect, having said that you'll probably be basking in sunshine now!
If you haven't done a rally before you will be sent the location of sign on as as grid ref - so invest in an os map. At sign on you will be directed by one of the stage officals to your junction / area, given an entry list stage maps and possibly a goodie bag. Most events aim to be stage ready at least 1 hour before the first car with various spec safety and official (or zero) cars traversing the stage to check timing, spectators and that everything is generally hunky dorey. Depending on your stage it may be double run - that is it is run twice. As with any event, particularly this time of year, Stay Warm, Stay Safe and enjoy yourself. |

Haven't done a rally - other than Finish timing - for years. Main thing that might be a surprise is how close you are to apparently out of control cars doing 100mph+ in unsuitable conditions. Find a stout tree and treat it as your friend. Pay particular attention to keeping warm and dry and make sure your boots are up to the job. Otherwise, enjoy. Must head out to a good local rally again one day. Wyedean used to be a bundle of fun. Probably still is, although not the same since they stopped using so many RWD saloons. |

Plenty of snow on the Wyedean last year, and after listening to 5Live today - Beware of the wild boar.
The Sunseeker features a 6r4 challenge this year, which will make a nice change in the sound to the popping and banging of more modern cars. Also don't forget a torch. |

been trying to get to the Wyedean for ages, it allways looks like a good event, if you want to pair up with any BRMC marshals let me know.
The sunseeker is a great event, probably the only real forest rallly in the deep south, dont forget to wrap up warm, and take a hot drink if poss, it can get chilly..... |

What?
Stuck? Me? I cannot imagine ever being so silly as to get stuck No, that is me finding a nice vantage point to do my radio duties from, any reports of me getting stuck on the Cambrian will be treated as sillyness! |
