STCC: 40 cars on the grid at Mantorp!
40 cars for Mantorp!
STCC 07/05/03 40 cars will be on the STCC grid for the coming race at Mantorp. The STCC will be joined by the DTC (Danish) and all of the cars will run in the same race. "We have got everything set, it will be something special," said Staffan Svenby from STCC AB. "The starts will of course be the most interesting and the ones at the back will get it difficult to see when the start goes." The race will be run with STCC rules meaning Super Pole, reversed order for the second race, etc. Fredrik Ekblom, Jan Magnussen, Jason Watt, Kurt Thiim, Pontus Mörth, John Nielsen, Jan Nilsson, the famous drivers are many!  And I just read that, according to the STCC press release, there will be no less than 11 different makes on the start grid - now this will something special
