Briscoe back in the Glickenhaus. Menezes misses out.
No Indian drivers at Racing Team India.

I wonder how Glickenhaus decided on that roster move? I always thought it was going to be a tough decision to decide between their 7 drivers. Perhaps Menezes gets to stay on roster as a reserve driver?

Well the way thinks are going reserve drivers will be required as there are over 180 drivers and the chances are some will have problems (both covid and non covid) between now and mid August

Given we had 13 entry withdrawals last year, plus the final two reserves pulling out - it's amazing to think we've got this far without a single entry being pulled.

Definitely not trying to tempt fate though!

As Simon said I'm expecting a few COVID related switches. For drivers who have done their sim course and raced at LM recently it's definitely worth being on standby.

Trying to count up the rookies. Question: if you compete in practise sessions but not the race do you count as a rookie still?

Just thinking for Dwight Merriman who never got beyond FP2 last year before injuring himself. It's a shame Narain Karthikeyan got scrubbed from the entry as he's also a guy who has been to Le Mans before but infamously never took the start in 2009.

Another version: what if you're a rookie and your car starts the race but retires before you get to drive?

Anyway, I reckon if your car doesn't take the start then you're still a rookie.

I need to sort out my entry list too. Maybe a job for the weekend.
