Glickenhaus aren’t slow, but they aren’t consistent either. Wonder whether that will
remain the case in other conditions, or whether Toyota’s superior engineering resources mean they’ll always be quicker in racing conditions?

The Pipo motor in the Glick is basically two Ford WRC motors joined together, right?

It is but has no power on the straights so in the end they can only fight to be the best of LMP2s.

How did the Alpine get back so far ahead of the 709? they both pitted, and Alpine had to navigate the car in front of them in the box, but somehow got a 10 second lead?
