It seems a bit silly Scotty Mac is only ranked as Gold. Maybe he should apply for an upgrade? If Penske and Porsche would really like to see him compete then I'm sure the ACO is interested in having a dialogue.

I presume the first batch sometime in January, then the final list after AsLMS has finished and the auto invites are sorted by the end of February. Pretty much like this year.
Of course once we have the WEC entry list plus the already known auto invites that will be over half of the grid.

So far do we have 13 Hypercars pretty much confirmed?

2x Toyota
2x Peugeot
1x Glickenhaus
2x Ferrari
3x Porsche (Penske and Jota)
3x Cadillac (Ganassi and Action Express)

And then a 4th Porsche for Proton and possibly a second Glickenhaus.
Are Porsche expected to enter their IMSA cars as well?

Looking tasty isn't it. I think with Proton that's essentially 14 that intend to be there. Graham Goodwin was hinting that he reckons a big team or two might try and enter 3 cars at Le Mans. And I don't think he was talking about Cadillac.

Maybe it was in reference to that Ferrari rumour - but maybe we'll see a third Toyota or Peugeot? Fingers crossed for that. A second Glick and a Vanwall would just be icing on the cake.

Think Roger said only WEC cars at LM, running all 4 would require too much of the team. Think Porsche was interested in all 4 coming over though

And I think Ganassi said they're only running the WEC car not the IMSA car at LM but I can't find it now

Too bad Acura and BMW can't be added to the list. BMW is having some issues getting ready for Daytona but seems like both could have been as ready as Ferrari and Cadillac. Hopefully all those will make it '24.

BMW will be there, together with Lambo.
Honda never showed interest to participate. At least not that I know...

I've heard from a very reliable source Acura will compete in '24, they are even debating if they should brand it Honda.

Both WTR and Meyer Shank have said they want to do it. Guess it depends on Honda/Acura.
