dome 675 ...

i guess it never got any further than being considered ...

SL should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
It was considered well enough to have a plan drawn up. It just lacked people willing to buy a car capable of lasting, at most, 4 hours of a 24 hour race.

Still if you have a few £££ $$$ I'd race it at Le Mans for you

As seen before, the fastest car does not always win. 24hours is a very long race. A quick reliable 675 has a very good chance.

No problems, steady fast pace might just be enough. Mazda done it as did Rondau. MG showed promise last year.

Odd for MG winning ????

'Fraid not, just the sketch on your link. Looking closly behind the pencilled car, I can just see the reverse outline of "Gaulais 20 Cigerattes"
