It's a bit late now, but I'll answer the answers quickly,

Generally it's great at Oulton. It's not good if it rains the surface is very slippery. It's not good if someone spins in front of you (happened at Oulton, but not inherently Oulton). It's not good when a drive shaft gives up (again not Oulton's fault).

The paddock is fully tarmaced! (more than most places!)

Pitlane is pretty average.

Testing is expensive (relatively), but then it is Octagon.

Paddock, er, it's fully tarmaced! (more than most places!)

Set-up for cars? You want a good set-up that doesn't give you too much oversteer or too much understeer. Sorry. Exit out of the chicanes is important (if on the long circuit). Exit speed is good, the straights are deceptively long.

Camber angle? wot ya racin'

testing? try the standard track/test day organisers...

What are you racing. Oulton is good. Lots to do. Which circuit are you using. I've only ever done the long one...

There are regular Formula Renault test days at Oulton.

I'm not sure, but I think the BARC meeting will use the Island circuit.
