Give it a rest guys. BTW, no safety car yet. Spyker:
"Peter is in the box. Front splitter damaged and right rear wheel nut seems to be locked." |

The clouds are certainly gathering here over Le Castellet. The last I heard (a few minutes ago) is that we an expect the wind to start picking up soon, making it blustery down the Mistral, and then perhaps rain to set in for the final hour. Mind you, we've had worse forecasts that came to nothing!
If anyone's following LMP2, there's a live commentary feed on the RML team website. |

Tom back in the Spyker and good lap right away. Think leading Porsche isn't pushing the car as much as the Ferrari's.
EDIT, OMG, 2.00.192 lap for Tom in the Spyker, that's almost 0.7s off their original lap record. Perhaps the temperature drop along with more splitter downforce or some set up changes made a difference. Last edited by Taxi645; 11 Apr 2010 at 13:38. |

well, please remember the Extreme Speed's F430 in ALMS--a 2010 new car was on fire at Sebring. Most of GT3RSR used this year are built in 2009,so we couldn't expect they race like a new car.Porsche is concentrating on 991RSR i guess,or we should see a 2nd gen 997RSR this year replace the RSR based on 1st gen 997

96 and 95 really giving it all guns blazing, would expect 1 or both of them to end up on a flat bed by the end of the race.

Too far back to do anything with those times though, 96 and 95 are crapping there pants because unless they pull out a full pitstops worth of a gap then the BMW will be ahead of them both at the finish.

And #77 looks to be on a similar fuel strategy to the BMW, they're both on only 3 pitstops so far.

Yup, but still quite a few lap to go, you never know. About RLM and all raving about M3 efficiency, not that much in it compared to the Porsche it seems, at least not a full stops worth at the end of the race.

#77 had a pitstop, last lap 4:53. BMW pits on the same lap.
