This is more of a thank you than anything else. Having heard that Lothian Car club were goint to be very short of marshals for the British Hillclimb round this last weekend I managed to get time off on friday and monday and rtavelled with pike and another Prescott marshal to help them out. We had a fantastic weekend with lots of good weather, good racing and excellent company with the guys and gals from LCC and SMMC. as some of us have said before on this forum, you just have to go to the "King" of the hills and experience it for yourself, you will be made very very welcome...oh and pool is free on wednesday nights at the "Hoggs and Heffers" bar!!

Here Here, I think we must have stayed a week as I seem to remember pool was free on Sat & Sun night altho they may have been Wed & Thur with the alcohol we drank!! Nothing like being 6ft away from cars doing 120 MPH!!! A throughly enjoyable weekend with some great company including Graeme Wight Jnr........ roll on September. Thanks to the LCC and SMCC guys for a great weekend marshalling. Eigh tickety boo!!!
