Saw it yesterday, interesting looking beast with a really rorty exhaust note!!

Is it me or is it a bit of an R8-NSX mash up in looks though?

Either way, I do so hope a GT3 will follow very soon

Why is it called a 'mule'? Is the exterior likely to change much?

It's bits and pieces thrown together to test particular parts. That's usually what a test mule is.

Maserati needs to develop its racing capacity and capability, so GT2 likely perceived as a less risky reentry into racing.

Penultimate round of the European GT2 series coming up this weekend at the Ricardo Tormo race track in Valencia (https://www.gt2europeanseries.com/event/80/valencia), but no announcement yet that Maserati will take part with the new MC20 GT2.

Is Maserati delaying the race debut till the final round at Paul Ricard?
