Stargazer7 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
$48 million: To be or not to be?

Mosley have stated that paying $48 million as a deposit for creating an F1 team will not be mandatory anymore. But if the costs stay in the level they are now, new teams wont participate no matter wether they have to pay to participate or not.

He also said that smaller teams could buy parts from a bigger team and so McLaren is thinking of a second car (car b in particular) in the grid (just like Red Bull). And I kept thinking where is the sport going? To having four or five (rich) teams and another four or five "helpers"? Division A and Division B?
