Silverstone Friday Practices
Well Renault set the pace in their extra session.
The first proper session saw DC and Webber fore come to the fore. One thing I did notice was that the Williams drivers set there quickest time with about 10 laps of going out, but they both completed well into the 20s. Did they swap compounds half way through, or fill up with fuel? On that subject I wonder how Montoya's 'new' second race engineer is working out. I didn't get to follow it much, but generally it seems the Michelin runners are looking good, but I don't know anything about durability etc... |
