Motegi DNF's
It seemed like there were an inordinate number of DNF's of the mechanical variety at Motegi - I counted 9, and it appeared as though most were gearbox related. What's up with that? A comment was made that they had to change gears more often than they usually do on ovals, but surely that wouldn't be a factor when there are countless more changes on a road course and they seem to survive.
Does anyone know what was behind all these failures? |
