hq racing help

Hi fellas I'am new to this site. I race an hq race car, very new to that to.I race in tassie where both tracks here are left handed corners. Can any one give me advice on how to set corner weights up on the car .It also drops lap times as the race goes on. It runs about midfield early in the race but as the race goes on, the back markers real you in and pass on the long straights it seems to lose top end speed. Iknow tyre pressures are the key so can anyone give me some advice on things people who race down here dont give much info away .any help would be appreciated.
