Atlanta Motor Speedway.

These were sprint cars, not champ cars, as USAC ran in the Silver Crown.

For those who have not access to quick history, there were uprights, normal sprint cars, and roadster style sprint cars, similar to the FE cars that ran at Indy up to the mid-sixties, only smaller.
Gene Bloom was a builder of roadster style sprint cars.
