It was kind of refreshing that they failed, it showed it was honest. Would have been very easy to stage the train making it to the end. What a great series

iPlayer totally dependant on a good Internet connection. I almost never watch BBC off air now - just use iPlayer. But then I pay a little more than most for my connection and the stability and speed reflects that. It is also exactly the same speed 24 hours a day every day. iPlayer = good quality service offering what you went when you want it.

Great series though, loved every episode and it was pitched just right, not afraid to laugh at itself but still maintaining a thoughtful thread through each program. |

Whilst they were hideously unreliable on the face of it, you mustn't forget they were running constantly and picking up all sorts of debris that they wouldn't normally do.
Model trains are a hobby, not a workhorse, and it inevitably showed. |

Probably my least favourite of his Toy Stories, but the Hornby one was still a good show. I felt so sorry for James when they all went wrong, I've never seen him so genuinely disheartened!
