I did wonder if they had used British Marshals again, just one question and not meant to be rude, just satisfy my curiosity.

Why British marshals? Why not French, Spainish, Italian or German?

Ok I have heard this before, but always put it down to a bit of jingoism. But I have been involved in racing all over the World and marshalling seems to be pretty good in most places, though one or two places it does seem more like a cross between the Keystone Cops and Starlin's Russia.

The marshalls we see in the UK are normally quite a good laugh and seem to have the right balance of ensuring the safety of competitiers and not being to officious in the process.
