ricky rudd on pole, but congrats to daryll waltrip in his final year. 2nd on the grid at indy is fantastic....hopefully darryl wont be lapped by lap 10.

DW outside pole!!! That is awesome. Good for him. He sure deserves it! Hopefully he will get to lead for awhile anyway. What a great guy!!! Good Luck DW!!!

I am right there with you BudlightGirl...
 Maybe after DW leads a few laps JR. and SR. can steal the show??? lol... It is time for a new beginning in Nascar to close an old era. Think about it JR. is strong at these flat tracks...Stranger things have happened. Not to knock Ricky , but it would have been awesome for ol' DW to get the pole!!! |

That would be awesome if DW got a win this year. He'd probably have a heartattack right there. Look how excited he was about getting outside pole for tomarrow. It'll be intresting to see what he does. I never liked Dale sr. because I thought he was to dirty. But now Im coming around. He seems to be an over all good guy. I like Dale Jr. But I have to say Im a diehard Jeff Gordon fan. Maybe he can make it to the front and draft with DW. (sounds good to me.)

It would be great to see ole' DW win another race before he hangs them up, especially one as big as the BY400.
