That was my reaction when I saw the timetable yesterday. Hoping I'll be pleasantly surprised, but it's only 2 hours....wait a minute. 3 hours!!!!

A pretty good weekend all in all - defying all expectations, the biggest incident of the weekend was not courtesy of the MX5s, but was the result of the most spectcular engine blowup I think I've seen trackside. The fact that we still finished early despite a fairly major cleanup operation is tribute to all involved. Thanks to Brands maintenance for their assistance on that one, if you could just get the phones and the post 2 flag point sorted I'll love you for ever.....

Same here Dave!

Even the Fun Cup was an entertaining 3 hours! I think they attempted every conceivable line past us and as well as some that weren't!

The fuel tank of the one that disintegrated into the barrier making it across the track in tack was a suprise, more so because it was full! Looking forward to next weekend already

Had a good weekend at P22, nothing really visited us, but loads of spinners.

Highlight of the weekend was the Lancaster doing a flight past during a green flag lap. Must have given the drivers a bit of a start as it went over.

I was so surprised by the sight & sound of a fairly low flying Lancaster that I almost dropped the green flag completely! (P9)

Lowlight of the weekend was seeing the startline totally obscured when a Boxster engine let go and then hearing a nasty crunch emitted from the white cloud as two other cars came together and bits of cars come out including a spring in the gravel at post 3.
