750 finals - Cadwell Park - THANK YOU ALL

So the Cadwell Park car season has drawn to a close with the 750MC finals.

Day one saw the weather eventually beat us - but the health and wellbeing of our Marshals and other volunteers together with the safety of the competitors was the priority of the day.

Day two looked as though the weather might win again, but the revised programme put together with the great work by all concerned meant we did manage to deliver the planned events and largely to time.

So thank you one and all as only because of you did we achieve this.

See you all again in 2014!

Chef

Without doubt one of the wettest days I have endured on Saturday....and there is no shelter (except in the lee of Balders) at post 5. My super coat kept out the worse but by three pm even my liberty bodice was trifle damp. It was a wise decision and a humane one to call a halt as some were being affected quite badly by the chill wind and incessant rain!
But after a dodgy start ,the skies cleared and we all relished what we had come for.....first class club racing at its most exciting and demanding !
Roll on next season and keep doing what you do best 750MC!

First class people all round at Cadwell....from race control to the breakdown crews and everyone in between!

You should have come up to Post 6 where it was nice and dry, although, we were playing hide and seek with Post 7 who kept on disappearing/reappearing in the mist.

As always thanx to all at Cadwell and hope to see you sometime next year when, hopefully, it will be a little drier
