BMMC North AGM and Hotpot supper
BMMC North region AGM will be held on Saturday 9 November
Venue: Hartford Social Club Time: 19:30 - please do not arrive before 19:15 Admission to AGM is only open to fully paid up members of the BMMC Hotpot Supper tickets in advance Price: £7.00 per head (veggie option available if pre-requested) Please purchase tickets at any remaining meeting at Oulton Park from Nadine Lewis or via cheque in the post as per form in Outpost. Numbers must be confirmed by 30 October Raffle / speaker and quiz to follow Hotpot |

Tickets paid for last sat for the best social event of the marshalling calendar in 2013
but realised today that our rally marshalling calendar has the 3 of us in Scotland on Sunday for the Roger Albert Clarke, at the beginning of a week of rally work completed with the powerstage of the Rally Wales on the following Sunday I will just have to be very organised beforehand |

Our tickets are bought and a few prizes donated.
May have a few more bits and bobs if Nadine is interested. And hopefully appetite will be back by then. HotPot and red cabbage - yum. |
