No they werent 5th and 15th they were 11th and 18th! If you look at their positions prior to lap 61 they were working their way up, on 61 they were 11 and 18, between lap 62 and 64 everyone did their stops which messed up the order so dont look at their position just before the stop. After the stops (lap 65) JW was 5th and CL 16th, even after stacking!!!
Based on that I would say that Roland Dane and the team know a bit more about race strategy (and winning) than Larko and peckstar. |

How can you be sure he would have been challenging for a top 5? |

And if Mr van Gisbergen hadnt given a Liberace to fellow 888 customer LDM's Mr Pye, he would have won the weekend

then he would have been on fresh tyres for the next 20 -30 laps as opposed to what ended up 50 lap old tyres No one can truly say, what we do know is that Rolands startegy resulted in him being 8th and reducing his gap in the championship to Jamie Mine and Larkos startegy gave him a chance to win |

Going to be a pity if the double stacking rubbish ruins the championship for someone.
Is it one or two Bathurst's now it's cost CL? No pitting under safety cars please. |

Double-stacking is the best of a bad situation, when you've got two cars from the same stable in close proximity on the track.
Until such time as V8SC outlaws it, it's here to stay. |

Why are we picking on Roland for double stacking at a time that would get both cars to the finish without another stop, unlike other teams that double stacked early in the races, HRT were running 1-2 in the Saturday race and safety car came out and so they pit both cars, if they had not double stacked the cars Murphy would not of had the crash because he would not of been down the back of the field with Dumbrell

FPR won bathurst, but they are often picked on for their startegy errors. Just because Roland won a championship doesnt make him perfect and in this case Roland stuffed up Lowndes |

the thing is. roland determined that was lowndes was no chance for the win by double stacking and doing it earlier than planned. with larkos plan he had the potential to be in the hunt for a higher spot |

It's all about ensuring Whincup wins the championship not Lownes.

What we do know for sure is that the double stacking definately favoured Jamie over Craig |

Never again.
I didnt really enjoy working for him, his way or the highway and doesn't accept responsibility when he stuffs up its really not a big deal, its a strategy call, happens all the time, sometimes you look good, sometimes you dont. This time we know it rewarded jamie and punished lowndes |

the question to ask is not did it favour JW over CL, but rather would CL have been better or worse off from double stacking
