Good to see Reb 12 having a problem free race, so kudos to Beche and Prost !
Unfortunately a bad race again for Reb 13. What was the problems this time ? I saw Rebellions tweeted - car misfire. :S |

In case you missed it, Pesci is only mentioned in a quote by Morand. No-one from Rebellion is quoted in that piece. |

“There’s also interest in going to the U.S. The category is interesting because you can fight for the overall win.” I also said : Rebellion Racing is lowkey about almost everything in the post you quoted. We´ll see...in the end it´s probably nothing to discuss, because it will not be any Morand-Rebellion-Racing partnership. |

Well if "unchallenged second place" (cit by Bermes) means ending up four laps apart from #12 Rebellion and the only other competitor is taken away by driving mistake + misfires, I guess it was perfect... at least they beat LMP2 which I honestly didn't expect until 2016 Last edited by Deleted; 15 Oct 2015 at 01:49. |

We all have things from our past we’d like to erase. Bermes too. But on the LMP1 private class, it’s not so easy to hit delete. There’s always a record of misdeeds somewhere. And someone’s always looking for it.

The only easy thing about the private class is to get on podium. Two times in a row there's Rebellion listed on the last place behind all P2s and GTs, yet they get prize for it

But even if he was second or so adrift every single lap, would that count to 4 lap deficit?
According to pit stop analysis Kolles did pitstops 8 seconds faster than #12 in total at the end, so they've improved there. Certainly no LM embarrasements But both teams are still couple seconds away from top LMP2 times, which in the sixes are in factory LMP1 territory. Hmm |

I don´t have anything against him at all, but I think one of the reasons car #13 is struggling and DNF all the time depends on the rookie. He haven´t had much time in that car and racing series.

The #12 has tended to be the all paid professional line up over the years, while the #13 has tended to have at least one pay driver. It's been that way since at least 2012, if not earlier, and could have something to do with the #13 basically being Rebellion's old LMP2 team.

In contrast to Kolles it seems Rebellion is not testing at Bahrain...

They admitted to basically just 'show up' for the post LM races this year and nothing else. The only test sessions other than the weekend integrated free practices they've done this year were at HTTT prior LM test day, to shakedown the new AER
It's a good strategy IMO, just save funds until 2017. Next years only real goal should ne to improve reliability for LM |

I know Kraihamer is and have probably always been. I think Dodo could show he's (real) potential by now in a more reliable car, he´s been in WEC for many years and are more experienced than many other drivers but there is no team as want him (?) apart from the current. Dodo tweeted after 6h Fuji, that he had not have a problem free (good race) since 2011. Really ??!! |
