Including the 3 Century cars, todays announcement puts us half a car away from half capacity....

Of the competitors from last year who havent announced anything yet:

Enduro Motorsport have expanded to 2 Mclarens in the off season, although I still expect we will see just one in BGT agin this year,

Ram Racing im sure we will see again wit 1-2 cars, most likely 1.

Team Rocket RJN, supposedly still have 2 GT3 Mclarens, TBC really if we see them back in connection with Winning Team, or maybe off to Europe. No idea what the status of the Mclaren junior Programme is, which bought several GT4's from RJN last year.

Beechdean AMR probably back with their Aston.

Balfe im pretty sure are running their GT3 Audi in GT Open again, Lewis Proctor has mentioned on social media he is looking foreard to running the GT3 Mclaren with his dad again, but no idea if that is with Balfe or not. Their GT4 Mclarens were up for sale so can probably rule those out too.

Seems like Paddock Motorsport will be back with a GT3, not sure if itll be that Bentley or not, curious whether the Assetto Bentley was formly Paddocks, or maybe even Tolmans that ran in the finale with Jordan Witt.

Fox Motorsport in GT4 have already confirmed GT Cup, but may well be back in British GT also,

No clue about CWS and their new Ginetta GT4,

Steller as usual are selling seats on instagram so really customer dependent where they end up this year.

Got to assume the Toyota Gazoo Racing UK Supra will show up again, whether under the factory name or otherwise,

2 Seas I think are unlikely, probably a GTWC campaign for them.

If all/most of those GT3 cars come back, and maybe 1-2 extra suprises thats a solid 14-15 GT3's again this year.

Realistically we should also be expecting around 15-16 GT4's this year also, giving us a total grid of 30-32 cars, should be another good year. Hopeful a few big suprises spring and we can see GT3's in the 16-18 range but thats not so likely.

Glad to see a Bentley confirmed - still one of my favourite GT3 cars

The grid looks like it's shaping up nicely.

Mine too. I love the fact that a brand supposed be be about refined luxury has the most brutal-sounding car on the grid

Wasn't Meyrick one of the factory regulars when the programme started? Quick driver.

Looks like Balfe will be back, this time bringing their Audi GT3, with Shaun Balfe and Adam Carroll I expect.

Still remains to be seen whether the Proctors return with the Balfe crew or otherwise for their McLaren

Looks like a second RAM Mercedes GT3 is confirmed for this year to which is great news. Quote from British GT Press release.

Team principal Dan Shufflebottom confirmed RAM will also field a second Mercedes-AMG GT3 full-time this year after running it on a race-by-race basis throughout 2021.

“It’s great to have our first driver pairing confirmed for British GT, and the second car isn’t far off,” he said. “It’ll be great to be back up to two cars in the championship as it gives us the chance to fight for both the drivers’ and teams’ titles this year.

That’s a pretty serious statement from AMG

there’s going to be stints this year where Gounon, Lind, Mitchell, Clutton etc are going to be racing against each other and I think that’s pretty awesome

Britcar might be the place where you can get your fix of more wild and wonderful cars. There should be an AM Vulcan this year, as well as a Jaguar F-Type.

The dad and lad combo of the Proctors have unsurprisingly left Balfe in favour of new pastures at Greystone

Havent shared the entry list status in a while, we are 12 away from capacity, expecting we will be in the high 20's this season rather than at full capacity, I think 29-30 would be good. We are already at 14 GT3's so another couple would be a big step forward for BGT after the last few years.

Still hoping for an Aston in GT3 from Beechdean.

Paddock Motorsport are the proud owners of a Mclaren 720s GT3, hopeful we will see that.

And Balfe look set to announce their return with hopefully their Audi GT3 mid next week.

Tolman's Bentley remains a mystery, and Stellar's Audi looks about as (un)likely as usual.

So theres got to be 16-17 GT3's in there somewhere, and I think its reasonable to look for 12-14 GT4's this year, I don't think its going to be an outstanding year again for that class.

GT3 is looking extremely strong this year. Still nothing from Beechdean or Kelvin Fletchers paddock Motorsport. Would be great to see TF sport with an entry as well. Maybe we can get to 20 cars which would be awesome

Beechdean is a real unknown at the moment.

Paddock have purchased a Mclaren 720s GT3, so we may well see that instead of the Bentley, in British GT or GT Cup...

I think TF sport ruled themselves out of British GT this year, might be misremembering that...

Stellar have their Audi GT3 but doubt to see that full season.

Of the 16 GT3's we already have expected, there is a pair of TBC's driving one of the RAM cars, and Century's M4 hasnt been formally confirmed by BGT yet.

I think we are likely looking at 17-18 GT3's, and maybe 10-11 GT4's. GT4 seems to be struggling a little, in part because GT4 teams keep moving up to GT3 which is never a bad thing
