Lee Roy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I attended the ALMS race in DC. It was fun having a "home" race for the first time. I hadn't attended a sports car race since doing a couple of Daytona 24s and a couple of IMSA races in Talladega during the 1970s. It was really great.

But the track is really in a bad place. Some of the track was just across the street from people's houses, and the whole track itself borders a residential area. I'm sorry, but no amount of "handing out tickets" to the locals is going to make much, if any, difference.
