I don't get this VSC procedure, the time consuming part of the SC is the whole wave by/reformation thing, so that's just all delayed by the time they spent doing VSC. Doesn't it just make the whole process longer?

Those Iron Dames can't get a break, can they? Considering Bovy was so quick before, she might be able to pull out that gap again. But, how about drive times, can she do it, or do they have to put someone else in the car? That might decide their race.

Yes agreed here, but if that wasn't the case, as you always have SC after VSC, what is the actual benefit of the VSC part. I assume there must be one ?

They do an amazing job to fix that as quick as they do. I'm thinking about how long it takes to do road repairs here, and I wish we could hire a track crew to make things happen!

They do a really good job. It has to be done well. The kit they use is fun, worthy of the car spotting thread!

963s were usually quick to warm up the tyres but Ferrari did some major progress there. Can be interesting
