Er dunno about sign on - will post that tomorrow.

If you still haven't got your tickets and you put your forms in through BARC - I heard a rumour that you might need to phone Donnington direct (I had to!)

I was told camping in Paddock 3 when I phoned Tuesday.....

I'll have one of those beers

Marshals sign on is 7:30-8:00.
The stuff I had from BRDC said that if you want to camp you need to phone the circuit direct.

Have fun. Will be having aweekend away this weekend but am sure all at Coppice will be playing catch. They had lots of activity for the 750 this last weekend. Am sure you'll have a good weekend and I look forward to hearing about it. Brick, are you scrutineering or getting grubby?

I'm looking forward to going back to Dono this weekend.
There are 2 of us from the SE going(not sure who else is coming North) so passports at the ready.
Wife is also there on the Sunday timekeeping.

Very quickly because I'm very tired & knackered.

GT was classic - Of all the people to suddenly become a star driver, Shane Lynch did the first stint in the TVR & after a fearce battle with two Moslers brought the TVR into the pits in 1st position. Fully deserved driver of the day against some spectacular competition.

F3 Alan Van der Merwe looks like his Fford pace wasn't just a flash in the pan but the rest was a bit predicable really.

Minis & Histeric Sports were good fare as always. Caterham R400's provided two stunning half hour thrill fests as did Tuscans.

Highlight on track - Shane Lynch staking a valid claim to be a real racer with some real talent.

Highlight off track - Mr A Munro (Aka B1ackcr0w) won the first Avon Tires Marshals Award - got to go on the F3 Podium & have a good mooch around all the bits you don't often get to see, and will enjoy kitting out his new Mazda with 5 Avon Tires in the near future

Superb weekend - thanks to all on Post 2 for great (if a bit cold) weekend.

You missed the bit about Nelson being excluded from the first race and then finishing 3rd in the second race and then being moved to 2nd after 1st and 4th were excluded on a technicality.
If you were on post 2 you must have had a good view of the school car incident on the Saturday.

The Carlin cars were excluded from the first race I think, not the second race.

Very many congratulations to Mr B1ackcr0w on his win!!

It was a fab weekend. And for once it was Donington and it didn't rain!!

We were pretty close but I'd prefer not to comment on it.

The prize is pretty good, also got to go on the first F3 podium which was pretty cool

Oh & it's only actually a 35% discount on Avon tires, and I don't think they make a tire that fits my car.

(to be honest, I feel a bit browned off and even a bit used at the mo)
