Ruben Xaus???

hello i like bike racing it's cool however i don't really follow it much. however every time i see it that spainish rider Ruben Xaus(spelling??? I'm lazy)he does some ****er move and comes off??? how the hell does he still have a job?

what's the deal with him???

Ducati sacked him at the end of last year, but for whatever reason rehired him........if only someone like Chili, Toseland or even Lavilla had had a 999 this year, imagine what they could have done.

Having said that i am a Xaus fan, he is great to watch, it's just that he throws it down the road too often. When he stays upright and is on his game, he can give them all a lesson (like race 2 at Laguna)

At my last count he's crashed 51 times in his wsbk career not counting supersports.

Quick yes. But crashing expensive bikes far too often? Certainly. And he can't qualify to save his life.

There is no doubting Xaus is a very quick rider, but too often loses his head and throws the bike down the road. No wonder Hodgson is escaping with the championship.

I think there are at least 5 riders in the current WSBK field that would be doing a better job than Xaus, and certainly be giving Hodgson a better run for the title than what is currently happening.
