No way. The Spa 24 Hours should be for ST cars though.

Super Tourers at LeMans? They would be lapped after, what, two laps? that would be dangerous with classes differing so much in speed..

If you want 24 hour racing with Touring Cars, you just missed the "best" in the world, 24 Hors at Nürburgring with the nord schleife and the GP track... now that is a track!

Yeah, leave the Tourers to Spa and Nurburg! Just out of interest, wouldn't ST's be roughly the same speed as GTO cars (GT3).

The current tourerers would be pushed to do 2 hours never mind 24. There is enough slow traffic already at LM without adding to it.

Leave them to races like Spa & Nurenberg 24's. It would be nice to see the Snetterton 24 back as well. I saw Spa in '83, the first time Jag XJS's were there, it was good seeing them leading a race in their own right with good drivers and support, rather than a back marker 'Gentleman' drivers and poor support.

What's the difference between LeMans and Spa/Bathurst/Nurenberg? If the cars can survive those races, surely, they can take on LeMans.

I'm not sure about the speed differential? I thought ST cars are equivalent to stock GT2 or GT3 cars?
