It seems there is a driver around that is linked but not signed to a team that isnt able to get loads of testing in with the 2 regular drivers hogging the chairs, and with an additional car available, the team is availing themselves with a franchise that has seen some use in very recent times.

Lowndes might not go to WPS but Alex Yoong might. Lowndes will probably either stay at FPR or go to SBR or 888. Craig Gore might see a bit of value in having Yoong in his car for the enduros.

I would, but you can read his column instead and make your own view. Especially the bit about being given advice from all and sundry....
