Are you wheeling out the Astra or the fuel spillage device known as the Nova Tim?

tried, parrafin, petrol, Cellulose thinners, Industrial acetone, Jif with a scrubbing brush, Swarfega with the lumps in, and non acetone nail varnish remover - nothing works !
Interesting meeting at work this morning with white arms, and black hands !
Just new pads fron and rear, then it should be ready for Silverstone!

Alan
Try a Pumice stone - it has never let me down (the old methods are usually the best).

Ok Ladies & gents
3 days to go, I've never done the International circuit before (only the national and Stowe). Are there any better in car videos out there than http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gZ1CQOWXNVw ?
I've also found an in car GT one, but he's overtaking everyone, and is off line, or one in car in a Pug 205 where lines seem optional !!!!!

Thanks

Alan

An interesting days racing.Shame the first race was cut short with a load of oil put down on the circuit and the second race being moved to the end of the day and being very short was also not ideal.Good to see Ray having fun in Andys Escort.Well done to Mike Edgell getting driver of the day.

Peter Crewes laid the oil and Greg Rose in the Australian Falcon did manage to bat Rod Birley by 2.5 seconds. Rod did get his own back in the second race though.

Yes, the worthy winner was Greg Rose, but it was very close. The oil was from Peter Crewes

for a mini sump that holds 1 gallon i think it went a very long way around the track and caused one hell of a mess in more ways than one ...

Well all the important stuff was captured by your trusty (or is that rusty?) snapper including the race 2 events at Abbey and Graham's plunge off into the gravel.

I've got to go out again today (family lunch...) so will try and get the photos online this evening. Will put a post in here when they are.

And good to see you all again!
