Not only does it have a cd player, it has an up to the minute 12 disc autochanger in the back, with a flip-off front panel and genuine Awai graphics. Unfortunately, this is why the only confirmed driver is likely to be Zlost Baumgartner, as the instruction manuals are inexplicably all in Hungarian...

A thought, the bench seat could allow Schu and Alonso and Schu and Montoya to go through the Monaco tunnel side by side without wrecking the car.
I also wonder whether the steering wheel would be mounted on the front door thus preventing lost time firing up the computer systems if it had to be taken off! STOP PRESS! STOP PRESS! STOP PRESS! Oh!Ralf fan,
It only has 3 wheels - so the incorporation of a 12 strong autochanger CD player is nothing compared to the extra weight of that extra wheel, do try and keep up here!!! Hugh, I don't think the FIA rules would currently allow a steering wheel to be mounted on a 'front door', but things change, things change - possibly an ejection seat, ejecting the driver and steering wheel on inpact, spin off or blow out??? Could attract some intersting designers! |

Well..DC and a couple of Michelin runners had attempted to display their 3-wheel racing skills at Bahrain...and now that i think about it...is Michelin doing a public test then in preparation of supplying the new team?

It is now rumoured that Jacques Villeneuve and Jos Verstappen are both vying for the drive with Messerschmidt. JV said of JV "although he is old, he still has some of the speed we have seen in the past and would be good at developing the car". JV answered "well, a seat fitting is my first priority and it would be nice to join a team where I don't have to bring truck loads of sponsorship"
So, it seems a JV (joint venture) between JV and JV might just work for Messerschmidt? |

RR (Reliant Robin and not Rolls Royce) have decided not to make any public comment on the JV between JV and JV and remain committed to finding the best driver their £250 per week wage bill fits. "Trust me" said JV, money is not the be and end all of the deal, while JV said "what a lot of Molsen".

Not as revolutionary an idea as thought I'm afraid - McLaren unveiled a 3-wheeler a bit ago:

I've always thought it somewhat amusing that some German guys are called Helmet.
Is it just my crass school boy humour or does anyone else think that's funny! |

I said helmet, not Helmet.
In the pic, Kimi was helmetless, a lighthearted response to that. To date, I have met many German males named Helmut, but not one, (as yet),named Helmet. Perhaps you could enlighten us all, to the 'amusement' you find in this name? Last edited by Pitstop; 29 May 2004 at 00:14. |
