i think bell would opt to stick with firstair when they decide where going to be running
this may have already been said but Carlin Kolles is a non starter due to carlins mugen contract and kolles and the merc. |

Haven't heard anything since, though his web-site (www.racingforindia.com) says he expects to be racing a Champ Class car for T-Sport if he doesn't get any other offers. |

BTW, are one of the two Farriz brothers going to race under one of there middle names so we can identify who's running last and who's running second to last? |

Fairuz raced with Fred Goddard Racing last year. At best it was a "learning year". ;-)
Farriz is his brother! |

It seems that most malaysians have Mohamed as the first name, but are commonly known by the next to names, ie Faruiz Fauzi and Fariz Fauzi.

Looks like Briscoe and Prema are done. This from F1-Live.com:
Ryan confirmed he was still under the Toyota driver management program and was asked to concentrate on his racing, instead of testing this season…. “So I have been contracted back to my old team from the latter part of 2002 to race in the new Euro F3 series," he explained. |

I think it's gonna be an interesting championship...With a few surprises but i think there are some good drivers in there and Briscoe is surely one of them! I'm saying he'll be in the top 3 for sure! |

The best F.3 Euro Series young driver has not signed yet.....but he's arriving! Another good one is Fabio Carbone: he will drive for Signature. The news is in italian Sport auto moto magazine.

With Carbone, Pla, Heylen, Rosberg and Glock... it still looks very good... a highly competitive level for sure.

Carbone in the Euro F3 championship, that's very good news, another candidate for top 3 places.

But with the Bertram Schaffer German F3 championship taking shape this will fragment both Euro and German F3.

well its not sure yet, and if it will be a low cost championship, with a 250.000€ budget
there seem to be 20 cars possible and it would be a cup and no chamionship Last edited by flor; 16 Jan 2003 at 18:34. |

and don´t know but with a look on the budget i think they will use 02 spec cars
the difference between the 02 and 03 car should be only a dallara update kit since they don´t bring a completely new car every year Last edited by flor; 16 Jan 2003 at 18:52. |

the FIA regulations for F3 cars will be the same for three years since 2002. So, the car will be the same (chassis, wings, nose). Obviously, it's allowed for the next year to introduce an update kit to change particulars that are not restricted in the regulations. To race next year u can use a 302, a 302 with update kit, or simply buy a 303, that's completely similar of a 302 with the kit.
