Ford appear to be ignoring a penalty to appeal later. That's dangerous for the future if everyone decides to start doing that.

If i were Ford, i would have told the racing team i hired for this operation, to play by the rules and not make Ford look more like a bad guy.

Did the #1 also benefit from the FCY? I remember the #2 did, not sure about the other.

Not really I think. It stopped under FCY a few times, but at those times all other P1s did, too.

I think only #2 and one of the Toyota's stopped under FCY when the others already had their stops.

No, the shorter stint from the slow puncture ended up working in their favour slightly when the first FCY reset the stints.

Toyota should have tested their package before racing it. I guess they're not worried too much about it. Ok race overall, but not worth waking at 4am.

There were some really great battles, but yes in total it was not exactly action packed.

High downforce, so circuits with lots of mid-high speed corners that focus on total downforce more than outright efficiency.

Really annoying having the commentators going bananas over a battle that's not even on screen.and this isn't the first time they've done this,race was ok.good battles between porsche and audi.but like tf110 not worth it for me to wake up at random times in the a.m. I missed the start and struggled to stay awake in the first three hours.
