Place your bets - Rossi or Biaggi?

A quick rather simple pole everyone!
Who will it be? Rossi or Biaggi?

Val's talent has already been tested for my money I think the kid will ride away with it.
But would love to see Max "no-body-loves-me" Biaggi win from behind.
You've go to love the underdog, even if it is max. Shame he wont though bacuase Valentino is just too good!!

And lets hear it for McCoy and Nakano to get a win each on the board

absolutely, unequivocally(sp) Biaggi!

here's a guy who just a few races ago had the whole moto world already counting him out and declaring Rossi the winner. Rossi held a tremendous psychological over him, but Mad Max came through as the true champion he is. 3 straight wins!! and in one of those wins, Rossi had taken the lead with just a couple of laps left, yet Biaggi dueled with him and won. Rossi is obviously the most talented rider in GP, but Biaggi is proving that his own great talent combined with fierce determination and pride is every bit a match to what Rossi brings to the track.

Chris you may be right.

I haven't seen Max this determined (and quiet) since his last season on a 250. But I'll side with Rossi.

I agree with what you say Chris, but what took him so long? Biaggi definitely has a lot of talent but since he arrived in 500s he has rarely shown it until now. If he can keep it up the rest of the season then it will come down to the last race and could go either way.

I'd like to see him do it!!

Biaggi's first year in 500's 1998 was SO good. Apart from that black flag that wrecked the championship. It really was a stella performance to finish 2nd that year.
He also won his first ever 500 race!!! not many have done that!
And remember he almost flipped his bike crossing the checkered flag, That was great!! So funny!! Gotta love him, even if it is MAX.

It will be a very close run thing between the two Italians. Rossi appeared to have it all sown up a few races back, but some sterling riding from Biaggi has really opened it up.

However, I think the talent of Rossi will get him through and he'll win it, although it would be great to see the championship go to the final race. I don't think I've ever seen Biaggi as determined as he is this year. He's riding fantastically well, and does deserve to win the title, but I side with Rossi.

The Doctor, easily!

Can't wait for the next race, Moto GP has been better than F1 this year.

So we do Sarah, unfortunately Max screwed up and Rossi won. Oh well, there are still six races to go. It isn't over yet.
