Peter Ashcroft RIP
Sad news arrived from South Carolina (USA): Peter Ashcroft, Competitions Manager and later Motorsport Director of Ford of Europe, has passed away last Sunday. Another good man gone, may he rest in peace!

Sad news
 I heard Peter speak several times back in the eighties. It was always educational to hear what he had to say. Ford would not have had the success it has had in rallying, if it was not for the likes of Peter Ashcroft and Stewart Turner. My condolences to Peter's family and friends. |
