Mallory 9th March

So then, with the (I think) first car race meeting of 2008 just over a fortnight away, who's volunteered to do this one?

Traditionally wall to wall marshals for this 750mc opener.
Always a good start to the season.

I'll be there as an Observer!

I'm down for this one as well.
I will get a preview of the alterations to the circuit though as I'm there the week before with EMRA doing a bike meeting.

Bill & I will be there flagging, but my knees are so bad at the moment that I'm hoping I'll have lots of stand down time!

BTW - 9th March is Bill's actual Birthday but, because this isn't a special one, he reckons there won't be CAKE.

I, on the other hand, may have different ideas ............

Everyone usually gets an invite I wouldn't worry about it too much! It will be busy marshalling wise however!

My son is hoping to be coming home from Oz that weekend (if he ever manages to get to Darwin from Broome - the roads are currently flooded due to a Cyclone) so it's unlikely that we will be there.

Oh - all right - I'll come too.

Everyone who has volunteered WILL get tickets etc probably early next week.

Currently I have 128 on the list. Doesn't compare with last years final figure of 180 but the forms are still coming in.

Looking like a busy day - already 35 F Juniors, 42 Stock Hatch (that should rise to above 50) and 28 MR2s.

Year bars aren't ready yet so may have to sort them out afterwards.
I have the tickets but will wait until next week so I can include the timetable.

I've only just sorted my volunteering out so the form should have been with you yesterday. Glyn Williams hasn't done anything about his forms as yet (nothing new there then!) but he'll be coming too.
