Webcon UK to sponsor FF1600 National Championship
Seems like good news above.
Hopefully the money will either be put into reducing the entry fees, or providing prize money etc. for the drivers. |

I couldn't agree more John - my only concern is that I recall about 5 or 6 years ago when a company called Oasis sponsored the Club Formula ford championship and I was told they had paid £8 or 10k for the title sponsorship - yet no benefit at all was seen by the competitors (unless you classed the mandatory stickers you had to carry on the car or the free caps you were given as a 'benefit'!
If there is a sponsor thats come in then someone needs to ensure that the benefit of it reaches the competitors. |

Richard Egger Insurance is an associate sponsor of the Midlands South Championship too. How associate sponsor differs from sponsor not sure?
You're probably find again you're going to have to plaster your cars with decals for no return. |

In the words of Churchill, 'erm sorry noh'.
As hard as I tried, our drivers would rather watch tidillywinks on channel 5 or something. I might turn up for a jolly Diz, but then again, tidillywinks... |
